摘要 札幌病毒(Sapovirus,SV)属于杯状病毒科,是急性胃肠炎的主要病原体之一。本文使用多对引物和探针对SV进行了普通RT-PCT和实时荧光RT-PCR检测,筛选出了比较理想的引物和探针,进而建立了贝类产品中SV的RNA提取方法、普通RT-PCR和实时荧光RT-PCR方法。 Sapovirus (SV), a member of the family Caliciviridae, is a causative agent of gastroenteritis in children and adults. Several primes and probes were tested via gel-based RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR in order to select the suitable detection methods for SV in this study. Furthermore, the methods of SV RNA including the extraction in clams, gel-based RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR were conducted in this research.
