微波消解原子荧光光度法测定粮谷中的硒 被引量:3

DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM IN GRAINS BY MICROWAVE DIGESTION-HYDRIDE GENERATION ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY

摘要 采用微波消解样品,氢化物—原子荧光光度法测定粮谷中的硒。对消解温度、压力、时间、消解试剂以及仪器参数等条件进行了研究,取得了优化条件,硒的回收率达到96.4%~108.3%,溶液中的检出限为0.20μg/L,线性范围为1.00μg/L~100.00μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.30%~3.65%。本方法具有快速、简便、线性范围宽、污染少等特点。 Samples were digested by microwave oven and selenium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Digestion conditions such as temperature, pressure, time, solvent and spectrometer measurement parameters were optimized. The detection limit was 0.20p g/L and linear range was 1.00μg/L-100.00μg/L with recovery of 96.4%-108.3% and RSD of 3.30%-3.65%.The method showed to be rapid and simple with wide linear range and less pollution.
