摘要
目的:系统评价表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术(SELDI-TOF-MS)对乳腺癌的诊断效能,正确理解和分析乳腺癌SELDI-TOF-MS检测结果并论证其用于早期诊断和筛查的准确性。方法:检索2001-01~2007-12的万方中文科技期刊数据库、维普数据库和MEDLINE数据库中关于利用SELDI-TOF-MS技术早期诊断乳腺癌的中、英文文献,对纳入文献进行质量评价、异质性检验,用统计分析软件计算综合受试者工作特征(SROC)曲线方程。结果:共检索到相关文献62篇,对其中8篇符合纳入标准的文献数据进行了Meta分析,样本量735例,综合灵敏度、特异度和综合优势比分别为85.55%、79.18%和22.90,SROC曲线下面积为0.90。结论:SELDI-TOF-MS技术对早期乳腺癌的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To assess overall diagnostic value of SELDI-TOF-MS in early breast cancer. Methods: Relevant articles in English and Chinese published from January 2001 to December 2007 were searched for in MEDLINE, Weipu and Wanfang full-text data bases. After elicited articles were evaluated, the pooled sensitivity, specificity and odds rate were calculated by summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC) curve. Results: From 62 related literatures indexed in the three data bases, 8 articles involving 735 samples were selected out to enter this Meta-analysis. The pooled sensitivity, specificity and odds rate were 85.55%, 79.18% and 22.9 respectively. The area under the SROC curve was 0.90. Conclusion: SELDI-TOF-MS is valuable for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
