摘要
低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是参与调节机体氧平衡的重要转录因子,HIF-1α是其主要的氧调节亚基和功能亚基,体内HIF-1α的水平直接影响着肿瘤的易感性。简要介绍了HIF-1α的生物学功能,并对近年来HIF-1α基因多态性与肿瘤易感性的研究进展进行了回顾。
Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) plays an important role in oxygen homeostasis of the organism. HIF-1 composed of two subunits, HIF-1α and HIF-1β, and among which the HIF-1α is the major regulator of the HIF-1. The levels of HIF-1α produced in vivo influence susceptibility to and severity of cancers, in this review, the biological role of HIF-1α was discussed, and the recent advances of the HIF-1α polymorphisms as well as its associations with the susceptibility to cancers were summarized.
