稀土钆掺杂钛酸钡材料的结构与性能(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 用溶胶–凝胶法制备了稀土Gd掺杂钛酸钡材料。用X射线衍射、Raman光谱及矢量网路分析仪对样品的结构、晶粒尺寸、晶格参数和电磁参数进行了测量和分析。结果表明:所有的粉末样品具有四方相结构,且具有良好的微波吸收性能。与纯钛酸钡相比,晶格常数a增加,晶格常数c减小,晶粒尺寸减小,反射率峰位发生蓝移,且反射率峰强明显降低,频带宽度拓宽了2倍。因此,稀土Gd掺杂有利于改善钛酸钡材料微波吸收性能。 Nano-size powder of Gd doped BaTiO3 was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure, crystalline size, lattice constants and electromagnetic parameters were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and vector network analyzer. The results indicate that a single tetragonal phase powder with an excellent microwave absorption property is formed. Gd doping can enlarge lattice constant a, and decrease lattice constant c and crystalline size of the materials. Also the reflection intensity of the peaks decreases, peak positions move to higher frequency and bandwidth widens two times for the BaTiO3 contained 0.2% Gd compared with undoped BaTiO3 powder. It means that the doping of Gd ions can greatly improve the microwave absorption properties of the material.
