摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法在低于100℃条件下,通过碘掺杂制备纳米TiO2(I-TiO2)。再将其制成水性溶液用于织物的处理。用XRD,UV-vis吸收光谱等对I-TiO2的结构、粒径及性能进行表征。结果表明,制得的I-TiO2结构为单一锐钛矿相,晶粒尺寸约6nm。含纳米I-TiO2的溶胶在紫外光区的吸收带宽度增加。经处理的棉织物具有优异的抗紫外线和抗菌性能。
Iodine doped nanoscale TiOzwas prepared by sol-gel method at the temperature lower than 100℃. Also, the resultant I-TiO2 was prepared an aqueous solution that used to treat the fabrics. The crystal structure, particle size and the properties of I-TiO2 were characterized by XRD and UV-vis ab- sorption spectra etc. The results show that the produced I-TiO2 is a nanocrystalline with anatase- phase only and the size of particles is about 6nm. The width of absorption zone of the solution con- tained I-TiOz is increased. Besides, the fabrics treated with nano I-TiO2 solution have an excellent performance on both ultraviolet protection and antibacterial.
