摘要
研究了高碱度合成磺酸钙产品(T106)浊度与胶体结构及其稳定性之间的关系,考察了高碱度磺酸盐清净剂产品制备过程中,助溶分散剂及其用量、高碱度化工艺条件、后处理工艺条件等因素对产品浊度的影响,从根本上认识并解释了载荷胶团的形成过程,为更好的控制产品的质量及性能提供了依据。
The relations between turbidity and micellar structure of overbased calcium sulphonate were studied. The influence factors of turbidity, such as different co-promoters, overbased process, post- process condition in the preparation of calcium sulphonate were studied, and the forming reason of loading-carrying micelle was explained, so the product can have better quality and performance.
