Electrochemical Fabrication of Dendrite-like Copper Crystals

摘要 以CuCl2为前驱体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为添加剂,采用电化学沉积方法,在室温条件下,成功地制得了Cu的枝状晶体。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对枝晶铜进行了形貌和物质结构的表征;制得的枝晶铜尺寸达到微米级,为面心立方晶相。通过研究各实验参数,如电沉积时间、电位和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的浓度对枝状晶体形貌的影响,发现枝晶铜的生长过程经历了成核-生长-再生长的过程。 Using copper chloride as the precursor and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as the additive, the dendrite-like copper crystals were successfully fabricated by electrochemical deposition at the room temperature. The morphology and structure of the dendrite-like copper crystals with micrometer size and face-centered cubic structure were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Through the investigation for the effect of the experimental parameters, such as the electrodeposition time, the voltage and the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), on the shapes of dendrite-like copper crystals, the formation process was studied and it went through the nucleation, growth and revegetation process.
