Structure and Magnetic Properties of the Nickel Nanowire Compounded with Zinc

摘要 采用直流电化学沉积方法,在多孔阳极氧化铝模板纳米孔洞中制备出直径约90nm,长度超过10μm的金属Ni/Zn纳米线有序阵列。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),振动样品磁强计(VSM)对模板及所制备的样品进行形貌、结构及相关性能的表征和测试。结果表明所制备的Ni/Zn纳米线具有沿[111]方向择优生长特性,易磁化方向沿纳米线长轴方向。 Ni nanowire arrays compounded with Zn were fabricated by electrodeposition using porous anodic aluminum oxide membrane as templates in acidic coating bath at room temperature. The images of Ni nanowires are studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and atom force microscope(AFM), respectively. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sam- ple magnetometer (VSM) are employed to study the structural and magnetic properties of the nanowires. The results indicate that the nanowire arrays have a preferred orientation along [111] direction and the easy axis is parallel to the long axis of nanowire.
