摘要
对介孔SBA-15表面氨基化,以氨基连接超支化聚氨酯(HPU),得到SBA-15/HPU杂化体。对该杂化体进行XRD,FTIR,SEM,TEM,BET,TGA等测试,以研究其形貌及结构特征。测试证明超支化聚氨酯已成功与SBA-15进行杂化,有机相质量分数为30%;且超支化聚氨酯的接枝并未破坏SBA-15的原有结构,杂化体的六方孔道仍高度有序,但其孔容量、孔径、比表面积有一定程度的减少。大量末端基的引入有效增加了SBA-15的化学反应活性,为材料的进一步反应和利用打下基础。
SBA-15/HPU hybrids was synthesized by grafting hyperbranched polyurethane on the surface of amine-modified mesoporous silica SBA-15. XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM, BET, TGA were used to characterize the microstructure of the hybrids obtained. The results show that, hyperbranched polyu- rethane has been successfully graIted onto the surface of mesoporous silica SBA-15 (mass fraction of organic load is about 30%). Furthermore, the grafting of organic moieties don' t destroy the pore structure of SBA-15 , hybrids still keep the high ordered hexagonal mesostructure with the decrease of pore volume, pore diameter and surface area in a certain extent. Chemical reaction activity of mesoporous SBA-15 was effectively increased by grafting a mass of end group.
