摘要
采用高温火焰在纯Ti表面制备了一层致密的TiO2薄膜,通过SEM、XRD和接触角测量仪表征了氧化膜的形貌、结构和疏水性能,用电化学交流阻抗技术研究了TiO2薄膜界面阻抗的变化,利用线性极化方法评价材料的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,TiO2薄膜在海水中具有良好的耐腐蚀性,薄膜的疏水性进一步增强了材料的耐腐蚀能力。
A thin film was formed on pure titanium by thermal oxidation method. The component and microstructure of the film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The contact angle of water on the film surface was measured with a contact angle meter under both dark and illumination condition. The interface between seawater and the surface of TiO2 film was studied by electrochemistry impedance spectrum (EIS). The corrosion behavior of the film was evaluated by linear polarization method. The results indicated that: the hydrophobic properties of TiO2 film greatly enhanced its corrosion resistance.
