摘要 目的评价实时三维超声成像对胆囊病变的诊断意义。方法实时三维超声检查胆囊疾病患者105例,并对比其二维声像图。结果实时三维超声成像能更快速、更直观地显示胆囊病变的部位、数目、累及范围、形态特征,及其与周围组织的关系。结论实时三维超声成像为胆囊病变的临床确诊及治疗提供了更丰富的信息。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography for gallbladder diseases. Methods One hundred and five patients with gallbladder diseases were examined by real-time three-dimensional ultrasound, and the results were contrasted to that of the two-dimensional imaging. Results The location, numbers, extent, appearance, and the relationship with peripheral tissues of the gallbladder diseases can be displayed by real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography more quickly and directly. Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging can provide more information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the gallbladder diseases.
