摘要
At the 33rd International Geological Congress in Oslo, the International Commission on Stratigraphy （ICS） awarded the Digby McLaren Prize to Prof. Carlton E. Brett and the ICS Prize to Jozsef Palfy. These prizes were established by ICS in order to empha- size the key role of stratigraphy in the full range of geologic studies.
