摘要 NF-κB通过调节多种基因的转录广泛参与神经系统的生理和病理过程。研究表明,NF-κB在神经保护和促进神经变性两方面都具有重要作用。文章以NF-κB在神经系统中的分子作用机制为切入点,着重阐述NF-κB参与学习记忆过程的分子途径,及其在神经病理过程中作用机制的最新研究。 Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) regulates processes of pathogenesis and physiology in nervous gene transcription and is involved in variety of system. Recent researches have shown that NF- κB plays an important role in both neural protection and neural degeneration. This review introduces the molecular mechanism of NF-κB in neural system, with the aim of elucidating NF-κB signaling pathways implicated in memory formation and reconsolidation, as well as neural pathology.
