腰椎间盘突出症并神经根损害保守治疗疗效观察

Effect of Conservative Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Combined with Nerve Root Lesions

目的:观察推拿,中药湿热敷,配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation LDH)并神经根损害临床治疗效果。方法:将120例LDH并神经根损害患者随机分为2组。治疗组68例,采用邵氏无痛推拿手法、中药湿热敷配合电针综合治疗;对照组52例仅用邵氏无痛推拿手法、中药湿热敷方法治疗。结果:治疗组显效30例,好转32例,无效6例,总有效率91.18%;对照组显效16例,好转18例,无效18例,总有效率65.38%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:邵氏无痛推拿手法、中药湿热敷配合电针对LDH合并神经根损害的治疗疗效优于单纯采用邵氏无痛推拿手法、中药湿热敷的疗效。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of massotherapy, humid and hot compress with Chinese crude drug and electroacupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH） combined with nerve root lesions （NRL）. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients of LDH with NRL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty-- eight cases in treatment group received the combined therapy of Shao＇s painless massotherapy, humid and hot compress with Chinese crude drug and electroacupuncture. Meanwhile, 52 cases in control group were treated with only Shao＇s painless massotherapy and humid and hot compress with Chinese crude drug. Results：In treatment group, 30 cases were excellent, 32 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate in treatment group was 91. 18%. In control group, 16 cases were excellent, 18 cases were effective, and 18 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate in control group was 65.38%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： In treating LDH combined with NRL, the combined therapy of Shao＇s painless massotherapy, humid and hot compress with Chinese crude drug and electroacupuncture is superior to the treatment of Shao＇s painless massotherapy plus humid and hot compress with Chinese crude drug.
