透明质酸钠注射配合千草方薰洗对膝骨关节炎关节软骨的影响 被引量:3

The influence of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Combining with Qiancaofang on Gonarthritis

摘要 目的:构建兔膝骨关节炎的模型,通过中西医结合的治疗方法研究其对炎症因子的影响。方法:采用关节内注射透明质酸钠配合中药薰洗的治疗方法,检测关节软骨细胞的退变水平。结果:成功建立动物模型,透明质酸钠关节内注射配合千草方薰洗治疗膝关节骨关节炎,能显著延缓关节软骨的破坏。结论:透明质酸钠关节内注射配合千草方薰洗治疗方法能够减轻兔膝骨关节炎的炎症反应。 Objective:To investigate the influence of the integrated Chinese and western medicine on the inflammatory factor in osteoarthritis rabbits. Methods: Intra- articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection (SHI) and fumigation of Chinese crude drug were used to treat osteoarthritis, and then the degeneration level of chondrocyte was detected. Results:The osteoarthritis models were set up successfully. Intra--articular injection of SHI and fumigation with Chinese crude drug delayed arthrodial cartilage damage. Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of SHI and fumigation with Chinese crude drug can reduce inflammatory reaction in osteoarthritis rabbits.
