摘要
目的:探讨不同强度牵引力对缺氧培养的成骨细胞的影响。方法:酶消化法收集、培养SD大鼠成骨细胞,在缺氧环境下,各组分别施加2%、5%、10%、15%牵引力1h,MTT比色法检测成骨细胞增殖活性变化。结果:施加2%、5%牵引力组成骨细胞增殖活性增强,其余2组细胞增值活性减弱。结论:适当的牵引力和适当的缺氧时间能促进成骨细胞的增殖。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different tractions on osteoblast proliferation cultured under hypoxic condition. Methods: Osteoblasts were collected from SD rats with enzyme digestion, and then stimulated by 2%, 5%, 10% and 15% tractions in hypoxia environment for 1 hour. The osteoblast proliferation was detected with MTT assay. Results.. The activity of osteoblast proliferation under 2% and 5% traction was enhanced while decreased in the other 2 groups. Conclusion: Advisable traction and hypoxia time can improve osteoblast proliferation.
