双切口LISS钢板治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的报道应用LISS钢板治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用双切口切开复位LISS钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间骨折14例,髁上骨折23例,两者合并骨折8例。结果45例随访8～22个月。所有患者均未出现内植物失败情况。骨折愈合时间为3～9个月。8例出现2～5°的膝内翻或膝外翻;4例出现小于15°的下肢外旋畸形;5例患肢较健侧缩短2 cm。结论采用双切口LISS钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间和髁上骨折,能够取得良好的临床疗效。
