视网膜光凝联合口服碘剂治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨视网膜光凝联合口服碘剂(沃丽汀)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的有效性和安全性。方法对50例DR患者应用视网膜光凝联合口服碘剂治疗,观察其疗效及副作用。结果沃丽汀对治疗玻璃体出血有明显疗效,对眼底出血的吸收疗效尤为明显,由于玻璃体混浊、眼底出血及/或视网膜渗出的吸收,大约25.3%的患者用药后提高了视力。不良反应方面,本组患者使用3个月,只有1例患者发生了轻度的胃肠不适,不良反应的发生率2%。结论沃丽汀是一种安全有效的促进玻璃体混浊、视网膜渗出及出血吸收的药物。联合视网膜光凝治疗DR疗效确切。 Objective To investigave the safety and efficacy of using retinal laser and Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine (LBD) as the treatment for diabetic retinopathy. Methods 50 patients with diabetic retionopathy were enrolled . LBD were taken orally as well as pan-retinal photocongulation were applied. Results LBD and retinal laser were effective treatment for vitreous hemorrage in the patients of diabetic retinopathy. Visual aculity were improved in 31% patients. There was no systemic side effect expects for only one patient with mild gastrointestinal tract reponses. Incidence of side reaction was 2%. Conclusion LBD was effective and safe in the treatment for vitreous opacity and retinal exudation and hemorrage. Retinal laser combining LBD were valid in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
