玻璃体切割术中联合内界膜剥除治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿

Treatment of diabetic macular edema by vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling

目的探讨增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)伴有黄斑水肿患者行玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除术的疗效。方法选择19例(21只眼)严重PDR伴黄斑水肿患者行常规玻璃体切割联合黄斑区内界膜剥除术。结果本组19例(21只眼)均未发生手术并发症,视力提高15只眼,视力不变4只眼,下降2只眼。结论严重PDR伴黄斑水肿患者施行常规玻璃体切割术中联合内界膜剥除,有利于改善黄斑水肿,提高视力,疗效满意。

Objective To investigate and discuss the therapeutical effect of vectromy associated with internal limiting membrane peeling in serious proliferative diabetic retinopathy with macular edema. Methods To choose 19 serious proliferative diabetic retinopathy with macular edema patients （21 eyes ） and make the vitrectomy associated with internal limiting membrane peeling. Results No operational injury and complication happened in all the 19 patients. The sight of 15 eyes improves,the 4 is same as before and 2 decrease. Conclusion Performing vitrectomy associated for grave PDR with macular edema patients is beneficial to the macular edema , improve sight and the curative effect is satisfied.
