中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变荧光素眼底血管造影检查及预后分析 被引量:2

Analysis of fudus fluorescein angiography and prognosis of in central serous chorioretinopathy

摘要 目的分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床特征和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)特征及预后。方法对58例(68只眼)CSC患者的视力、初诊年龄、双眼患病率、男女发病比例及FFA特征进行分析。结果女性CSC患病率比男性低(1:6.25);≤45岁的CSC患者40例(45只眼),其中双眼发病5例,FFA单灶渗漏23只眼(51.1%),多灶渗漏12只眼(26.7%),不典型渗漏10只眼(22.2%);>45岁CSC患者18例(23只眼),其中双眼发病5例,FFA多灶渗漏12只眼(52.2%),不典型渗漏10只眼(43.5%),单灶渗漏1只眼(4.3%)。两组比较具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)结论≤45岁FFA表现单灶渗漏及墨渍、喷出型渗漏。>45岁FFA灶型渗漏及色素上皮失代偿,双眼发病较年轻患者多见,复发者渗漏点多靠近原发灶。 Objective To observe and analysis the features of images of fudus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and prognosis in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods The resultis of FFA (of 58 cases ) vision ,incidence age incidence rete of both eyes. And sex ratio of 58 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results The ratio of female to male was 1:6.25. In 40 cases(45 eyes) whose age were below 45,There were 5 patiens with both eyes suffered from CSC there were 28 eyes (51% ) showing single leakage,12 eyes (26.7%) showing polyfoci leakage and 10 eyes (22.2%) showing nontypical leakage. In 18 cases(23 eyes) whos ages were over 45 ,there were 12 eyes (52.2%) showing multifocus leakage,10 eyes (43.5% ) showing nontypical leakage,and 1 eye showing single leakage. There was significant difference between both group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The main maniof estation of FFA were single leakage,inkbot leakage, smokestack leakage in patients whose age was below 45. Were multifocus leakage, a diffuse type of RPE Leak in patients whose age was over 45. Attack of both eyes was found freguently in younger patients.
