摘要 重型肝炎是一种以短期内肝功能急剧恶化、出现肝功能失代偿为主要表现的疾病。重型病毒性肝炎在我国较常见，可由多种病因引起，多见于HBV携带者或慢性乙型肝炎患者短期内肝损害急剧加重出现肝功能失代偿。近十年来对重型肝炎的发病机制有了较深入的了解，治疗方法也有较大改进。肝移植挽救了部分患者的生命，成为目前治疗重型肝炎最有效的方法，然而，
