摘要
目的探讨单点双注法制备帕金森病(Parkison's disease,PD)大鼠模型的可行性。方法分别以两点法和单点双注法注射6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)于纹状体,研究二者模型成功率、平均转速与酪氨酸羟化酶(tyrosine hydroxylase,TH)阳性细胞数。结果单点双注法与两点法大鼠模型成功率、平均转速与TH阳性细胞数无显著性差异。结论6-OHDA纹状体单点双注法制备PD大鼠模型是可行的。
Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing Parkinsonian rat model via one-- spot/twice-- injection. Methods 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) were administered into striatum from one spot or two spots, the model success ratios, the average rotation speeds and the numbers of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)--positive neurons were studied. Results The model suc- cess ratios, the average rotation speeds and the numbers of TH-positive neurons of two groups receiving 6-OHDA via one--spot/twice--injection and two-spot injection were not significantly different. Conclusion Parkinsonian rat model can be established via striatum one-spot/twice-injection.
