本文介绍一种采用功率MOSFET构成的两相异步电动机调速系统，并详细分析了系统的特点、工作原理及电路构成，并给出了其中的实测输出波形及实验结果。
Describes an adjusting speed system with the power MOSFET for a two-phase induction motor, and analyzes the details of the system, i. e. its characteristics, principles and circuit components. Also, achieves the output of the system with experiments.
