摘要
红外场景仿真器是红外制导武器半实物仿真系统中的关键设备。以某型号对地导弹导引头半实物仿真系统为应用对象,以微反射镜阵列(DMD)为实现方式,采用Vega软件及其SensorVision模块为开发工具,开发完成了基于DMD的红外场景仿真器系统。对成像制导仿真系统结构、场景生成器、视景软件分别进行了研究和设计。并对场景产生器进行了测试评估,包括分辨力、对比度、不均匀性、几何失真和最小可分辨温度等指标。该仿真器系统目前已经在某型红外成像导引头半实物仿真测试系统中获得应用,逼真度高,取得了理想的应用效果。
Infrared scene simulator is necessary in hardware-in-the-loop simulation for infrared guidance weapons. Infrared scene simulation software was developed on the basis of Vega 3.7, a high performance visual simulation development platform, and its SensorVision module. Real-time infrared images were generated to drive Micromirror Array Projector System (MAPS) based on the Texas Instruments Digital Mieromirror Device (DMD). The infrared imaging guidance simulation system structure, image generation software and infrared scene projector were studied and designed respectively. Test of the projector ,uas introduced, including analysis of resolution, contrast ratio, ununiformity, geometrical aberrance and min discriminability. This simulator system has been applied to the research on the seeker of certain type of infrared missile, and ideal results have been obtained.
