时速350Km/h高速客运铁路预应力混凝土连续梁施工过程设计监理要点

摘要 采用预应力体系的混凝土连续梁,因其设计理论成熟、施工方法多样而在高速客运铁路中得到广泛使用。但监理人员在连续梁施工监理过程中,使大量的施工过程设计处于非可控状态,给监理工作的质量控制带来不利影响,也在施工过程中留下了很大的安全隐患。本文结合新建武汉至广州时速350Km/h客运专线铁路工程XXJL-1标段湖北省咸宁段陆水特大桥(70+125+70)m连续梁施工实例,总结了需要引起监理人员重视的施工过程设计监控要点,为类似工程提供参考。 Concrete continuous beam which adopts prestressing system,being put into use broadly in high speed railway for passenger transport,because the theory of designs are mature,the method being under construction is various.But a great quantity designs that in being not controllable state are used by many supervisor in construction control process of continuous beam,have brought bad effect to supervision,have left big hidden trouble also in the security of construction process.The main content of this thesis with construction example of the continuous beams of (70 + 125 + 70) in the extra-long bridges cross Lushui River of the Xianning City in Hubei province which is a part of bid segment XXJL- 1 of New 350 Km/h railway line for passenger transport form Wuhan to Guangzhou, have summarized several essential points need arousing the site supervisor taking seriously,and provides a reference to the similar projects.
