摘要
党的十七大提出"发展成果由人民共享",这是社会和企业共享文化建设的依据。企业共享文化的价值观本质是"以人为本",政治上主张平等和民主,文化导向是共存共荣,道德上要求和谐互助,管理上强调柔性管理;家族化、仿家族化、地缘性、俱乐部式和现代法人几种企业管理模式具有不同的共享文化特征;员工持股、期股制、福利制度等构成共享文化的经济基础;制度建设是实现企业共享文化的根本途径。
The concept of 'development achievement is shared by the people' is brought forward at the 17th National Congress of the CPC,which is the basis of the construction of society and enterprise-shared culture.This article discusses of enterprise-shared culture in four aspects:First,the essence of values of enterprise-shared culture is 'human-oriented',which requests equality and democracy on politics,coexistence and co-prosperity in culture guiding,harmony and mutual aid in morality,flexibility in administration.Second,different business administration patters have different characteristic of enterprise-shared culture.Third,the economic basis of enterprise-shareg culture is the incentive system including employee stock ownership system,system of future stock,welfare system etc.Fourth,system construction is the basic way to the realization of enterprise-shared culture.
