摘要
现行初中思想品德教材中法制教育内容遵循“注重人性、体现综合、强化实践、呈现美观”的特点获得了教师与学生的认可。但在具体教学活动中也呈现一些困惑与难题,如教材知识体系弱化与教师对教材掌握的矛盾、应试教育与素质教育的矛盾、课堂教学与活动课程的矛盾等。因此,进一步推进思想品德课程法制教育内容的修订工作,必须寻求多种路径实现有效突破。
The current textbook of Ideology Morality bears the characteristics of humanity, integration, practice, and nice presentation, which has been approved by teachers and students. But there exist some conflicts in teaching, such as the conflict between the weakening of knowledge system of the textbook and the teachers' mastery on the textbook, between the examination-oriented education and quality-oriented education, between classroom teaching and the activity curriculum, etc. Therefore, effectives measures should be taken to revise the content of legal education in the textbook of Ideology Morality.
