论教师职前教育的经验课程

On Experience-based Curriculum in Pre-service Teacher Education

“经验”是教师专业发展不可回避的概念，“经验学习”是教师职前专业发展的重要内容，“经验课程”是教师职前教育课程中的重要组成部分。在教师教育范畴中重新审视“经验”、“经验学习”和“经验课程”，建立符合教师专业发展要求的“经验课程”，是当前教师职前教育课程改革的重要任务。

＂Experience＂ is an important concept in teacher professional development. Experiential learning is also an important part of professional development for pre-service teacher education. Experience-based curriculum is included in the program of pre-service teacher education. We should review of experience, experiential learning and experience-based curriculum from the view of teacher education so as to construct experience-based curriculum corresponding to teacher professional development, which is the important task for the reform of teachers＇ pr-service education.
