摘要
通过对浸酸山羊皮进行鞣制,确定了3种氧化乳糖-金属鞣性模块鞣制最优条件,即ω(Ot-Cr(III))为8%,ω(Ot-Al(III))与ω(Ot-Cu(II))为12%;鞣制pH为3.8;鞣制温度40℃。各鞣性模块单独鞣制时,物理机械性能基本满足山羊服装革的行业要求。
The optimum tanning processes of three kinds of oxidized lactose-metal Tanning Matrices were determined by tanning pickled goat skins. It's clear that ω (Ot-Cr(Ⅲ)) is 8%, ω (Ot-Al (Ⅲ)) and ω(Ot-Cu(Ⅱ)) are 12%, respectively, can produce high shrinkage temperature of leather under pH 3.5, tanning temperature 40 ℃. The physical-mechanical properties of tanned goat garment leather can meet the demands of industry standard.
