脂肪酶催化猪皮废油制备生物柴油最优工艺条件的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以猪皮废油、菜籽油和乙醇为原料,分别采用工业用脂肪酶和猪胰脂肪酶为催化剂进行转酯化反应。通过测定反应前后的甘油含量变化计算酯转化率,确定转酯化反应的最优条件为反应温度40℃,反应时间14 h,猪皮废油:菜籽油的质量配比为1∶2,乙醇的加入方式为分2次添加,最优酶为工业用脂肪酶。 With the raw material of waste pigskin oil, rapeseed oil and ethanol, the transesterification reaction catalyzed by Industrial Lipase and Pig pancreas Lipase was studied. The optimal - conditions were determined by measuring the glycerine content change before and after reaction. The optimal conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 14 h, pigskin waste oil : rapeseed oil quality ratio of 1 : 2, the way of adding ethanol to add two times, and the Industrial Lipase was the optimal enzyme catalysts.
