摘要
采用GC-MS对壬基酚标准物进行分析,结果表明,壬基酚的GC-MS总离子流图(TIC)表现为多峰,其质谱图所对应多个离子中以m/z=107,121,135,149的4种离子的丰度较高。通过对各色谱峰的单独分析发现,90%以上的壬基酚的同分异构体均对应于m/z=121,135,149这3种离子,表明壬基酚标准品的组成以α位为伯碳及叔碳的同分异构体为主。采用∑SIM(121-135-149)对壬基酚标准物进行测试,完整地保留了壬基酚全扫描峰形,提取出的总离子流∑SIM占总离子流TIC的67.1%,表明提取出的离子准确地反映了各种异构体的组成。实际样品测试表明,采用∑SIM(121-135-149)测试可有效排除杂质的干扰,而且信噪比高,确保了检测的选择性和精确度。
Nonylphenol isomers were tested with GC-MS. The Total Ion Current (TIC) chromotogrophy apprearanced multi-peaks which corresponded to more than one special mass spectrum ions. The four kinds of mass spectrum ions, i.e. 107, 121, 135, 149, have higher abundance. The analysis of mass spectrum of single peak showed that more than 90% of the isomers have the three spectrum mass ions: 121, 135 and 149. These indicated that the standard nonylphenol mixture mainly consist of isomers with α-primary o-α-tertiary carbon. The selected ion monitoring test (∑SIM, m/z=121-135-149) showed that the peak is quite similar with full scanning resuit, and the sum of SIM(121-135-149) is 67.1% percent of TIC. So it can be concluded that all of the isomers were selected monitored with ∑SIM(121-135-149) which accurately represent different nonylphenol isomers. The partical sample test with ∑SIM (121- 135- 149) showed that the interference of background signal can be effectively eliminated and a high Signal to Noise (S/N) value is achieved. The ∑SIM(121-135-149) chromatograph ensured selectivity and presion of the test method.
