摘要 采用流动注射酸性高锰酸钾法测定江河水中的COD,对实验条件进行优化,改变氧化液浓度、泵管内径、分析时间等条件,可以更好地提高灵敏度和准确度,本方法适于现场实时监测,具备了快速、连续、自动、精密度好、线性范围宽等特点。线性范围为0.5~60.0mg·L^-1,回收率在95.3~109.7%之间。 Determination COD with potassium permanganate by Flow injection analysis and optimize experimental conditions were studied which include the dosage of the oxidation solution, tube diameter, analytical time, etc. his method which has many characteristics, such as rapid, successive, automatic, precision, anti-jamming, wide line range and so on can be used to measure COD locally on time. The calibration graph was linear within 0. 5-60.0 mg · L^-1, and the recoveries of river samples were between 91.17% and 103. 5%.
