间苯二酚对厌氧污泥的抑制作用

摘要 用厌氧颗粒污泥处理含不同浓度的间苯二酚的废水,通过测量累计产甲烷量,污泥中辅酶F420的变化和胞外多聚物的变化,研究了间苯二酚对厌氧污泥的抑制作用和对厌氧污泥中辅酶F420和胞外多聚物的影响。研究结果可为制革废水的厌氧处理提供依据。 The imitating wastewater made in laboratory according to general recipe, containing different concentrations of 1,3-dihydroxybenzene was treated by anaerobic granular sludge. According to the accumulation volume of methane and changes of the coenzyme F420 in anaerobic granular sludge and extracellular polymeric substances , inhibitory effect on anaerobic granular sludge and the effect on coenzyme F420 and ESP of 1,3-dihydroxybenzene was investigated. The experiment conclusions are helpful for the tannery wastewater treatment.
