创伤性骨关节炎组织CD11、CD54、TNF-α及S100表达 被引量:3

EFFECT OF CD11,CD54,TNF-α AND S100 ON POST-TRAUMATIC OSTEOARTHRITIS

摘要 目的观察创伤性骨关节炎病人软骨组织中中性粒细胞黏附因子11(CD11)、白细胞表面黏附分子CD54、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清S100蛋白(S100)的表达,探讨创伤性骨关节炎的发病机制。方法随机取20例创伤性骨关节炎手术治疗病人的病变软骨组织(实验组)与正常软骨组织(对照组),应用免疫组织化学的方法检测CD11、CD54、TNF-α、S100的表达,经图像分析比较两组吸光度的差异。结果实验组CD11、CD54、TNF-α及S100吸光度值均比对照组明显增高(t=4.815-5.120,P〈0.01)。结论创伤性骨关节炎的发生与CD11、CD54、TNF-α介导的炎性反应有关,并同时伴随有S100介导的组织修复。 Objective To observe the expressions of CD11, CD54, TNF-α and S100 in cartilaginous tissue of post-traumatic osteoarthritis. Methods Twenty diseased specimens of cartilaginous tissue taken from patients undergoing surgery for post-traumatic osteoarthritis (experimental group) and normal cartilaginous tissue (control group) were detected for expressions of above items immunohistochemieally. The difference of absorbance was compared by image analysis. Results The expressions of CD11, CD54, TNF-α and S100 in the experimental group increased significantly as compared with the control. Conclusion The post-traumatic osteoarthritis is related with the CD11, CD54, TNF-α and S100 mediated inflammatory reaction, and, at the same time, associated with S100-mediated tissue repair.
