摘要
提出了一种适用于大功率TEACO2气体激光器的新型Rogowski电极横截面设计方法,经过构造和分析这种截面后,对这种截面进行了比较和电场的分析,并对这种截面的参数设计提出了参考性建议。结果证明,此设计给大体积横向放电激光器的电极截面的选择提供了一种新的途径。
A new method to design the Rogowski electrode for TEA CO2 gas lasers is provided. After the intersection of Rogowski electrode is constructed and analyzed, the electric fields of several profiles are compared with the new Rogowski profile. How to choose the parameters of this design is also discussed. The results show that the new approach is an option for designing electrodes for TEA CO2.
