摘要
影响压榨效能的因素很多，结合生产实际，就甘蔗破碎、蔗料入辘、排汁、辊面粗糙等方面对提高现有压榨设备效能的影响进行了探讨，认为这对老厂改造挖潜很有益处。
Factors influencing milling performance such as degree of cane prepared ,cane feeding into mills,juice drainage and roughness of roller surface are discussed as well as suggestions for improvement are presented,which may be helpful for technology reform in older factories
