摘要
通过比较硫酸与盐酸硼砂酸化法制备硼酸实验,讨论了硼酸制备过程中酸种类、溶液酸度、加酸中和温度、结晶温度、反应固液比、降温方式、搅拌速度等实验条件对硼酸结晶的影响,从而得出硼砂酸化法制备硼酸的最优实验条件,硼酸纯度可达99.7%以上。酸化法制备的硼酸经重结晶,纯度可达99.9%。此研究为高纯硼酸的制备提供了参考条件。采用母液循环工艺,减少了环境污染。钠盐副产品可提纯精制或作硼肥,提高了硼酸收率,使硼资源得到充分的利用。
By comparing with boric acid production by borax acidification experiments using sulfurlc acid and hydrochloric acid respectively, the effects on the crystallization of boric acid, such as acid varieties, acidity of solution, neutralization temperature, crystallization temperature, solid-liquid ratio of reaction, temperature reducing method, stirring speed and so on, were studied. The experiment condition for borax acidification was optimized, and the purity of obtained boric acid can reach 99.7% , and even 99.9% after further recrystallization. This technique provided reference conditions for production of high purity boric acid. And environment pollution was reduced by recycling mother solution. By-product sodium salt can be refined or produce boric fertilizer, increasing the recovery rate of boric acid and fully utilizing the boron resources.
