常用颜填料在光反射涂料中的光热性能和附着力研究 被引量:3

摘要 金红石型TiO2的折射率为2.8,是一种常用颜料,具有很高的遮盖力和优良的光学反射性。对影响遮盖力因素进行分析,结合湿附着力测定,确定了TiO2等颜填料的CPVC量,分析了TiO2、滑石粉、立德粉等颜料的反射性能,并结合实验验证了反射隔热的综合效果,比较了含几种常用填料涂层的透射性能。 Titanium dioxide (rutile) is a pigment in common use whose refractive index is 2.8 and has high hiding power and excellent optics reflectivity. The CPVCs of TiO2 and the others were ascertained by analyzing the factors which affected the hiding power and combining the mensuration of the wet adhesion. The reflecting ability of the pigment was analyzed, such as TiO2, talcum powder, lithopone, and the integrated reflection and heat insulation effect was validated by experiment. The differences of the elastic coats'transmission properties were analyzed which were produced by a few of fillers in common use.
