摘要
利用分散剂和偶联剂处理的纳米改性环氧树脂制备纳米SiO2/环氧复合涂料。通过对分散效率的数值的测定,找到分散剂和偶联剂的合适配比,此用量可以使纳米粒子的分散效率达到最佳;红外谱图也显示出分散剂和偶联剂对纳米粒子表面进行了有效地处理。当改性纳米粒子用量为2%时,红外谱图显示出纳米粒子能够与树脂有效的复合;热分解温度达到296℃;附着力达到1级,韧性为1mm,抗冲击性为55cm。
Nano-SiO2/Epoxy resins composite coating were prepared by modifing epoxy resins with nano-SiO2 treated by dispersing agent and coupling agent. We could find the best quantity of the dispersing agent and coupling agent with the numerical Value of dispersing eificiency tested by chemistry mathod, and the dispersing efficiency was the best then;The efficient treatment to nano-SiO2 by dispersing agent and coupling agent could be indicated by IR analysis. When SiO2/EP is 2%, the decomposition temperature can reach 296 ℃ ;the cohension can be the first grade, the toughness can be 1 mm, the impact intensity can be 55 cm.
