气体氮化法制备Fe_4N超细粉末的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用铁粉氮化法制备铁氮化合物,通过XRD测试结合SEM测试分析,对产物的成份以及表面形貌进行了表征;分析了工艺参数对产物的影响,实验表明:在550℃、氨氢比为1:1时,氮化3~5h均可制得单相的Fe4N。此制备方法工艺简单,操作方便。 The Fe4N magnetic powder has been prepared by nitrization of iron powder. The particles' component and the widely distributed micrometer particles were showed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The influences of the technologic parameters were investigated by the test patterns. The experimental result has showed that the pure Fe4N can be obtained at 550 ℃ ,in 3 - 5 h, and NH3/H2 = 1 : 1. The simplicity of operate and the technology is special.
