轻质透明碱式碳酸镁生产工艺研究

Production process of light transparent basic magnesium carbonate

轻质透明碱式碳酸镁是制造半透明橡胶制品的理想填料。以盐化生产中的老卤与纯碱为原料,采用一种新工艺,制备了轻质透明碱式碳酸镁。新工艺与传统工艺相比,不需对原料卤液进行脱色处理,因此大大简化了生产工艺,并节约了生产成本。新工艺具有原料价格便宜、工艺简单、无污染、生产成本较低等优点。具体方法为:老卤与纯碱在加热条件下生成碳酸镁(MgCO3.3H2O)沉淀,然后过滤,碳酸镁结晶经充分水洗,除去附着的盐后,加水调成碳酸镁的水悬浮液,经脱水、除二氧化碳,使其转化为轻质透明碱式碳酸镁。

Light transparent basic magnesium carbonate is the ideal packing material to produce translucent rubber product with the brine in salinization production and soda ash as raw materials,the light -weight transparent basic magnesium carbonate was prepared by a new technique. Compared with the traditional techniques, it was not necessary to decolor the raw brine, thus greatly simplified the production process and saved the cost of production. The new technique has the advantages of cheap raw materials, simple process, pollution - free, and low production cost etc.. The detailed process is as follow： heating brine and soda ash to form magnesium carbonate （MgCO3·3H2 O） precipitation, after filtration magnesium carbonate crystal was fully washed to remove the attached salt. Then added water to dissolve magnesium carbonate into the water suspension. Finally, changed it into light -weight transparent basic magnesium carbonate through dehydration and carbon dioxide elimination.
