煤气旋转沸腾烘干炉在拟薄水铝石生产中的应用

摘要 介绍了山西铝厂科技化工公司在拟薄水铝石烘干工序中,使用煤气作热源的旋转沸腾烘干炉取代电和蒸汽作热源的强化沸腾烘干炉的工业实验及生产应用。通过对投资、能耗、产能、成本、效益的详细分析,得出结论:用煤气燃烧产生的热风代替蒸汽和电加热烘干拟薄水铝石,节省投资,节约能耗,提高产能,降低成本,为拟薄水铝石的烘干开辟了一条新的有效途径,适用于胶体类氢氧化铝滤饼和料浆的烘干,对于冶金、化工、环保等行业的胶体类物料的烘干具有很高的推广价值。 Introduced the industrial experiment and the production application of rotary ebullition drying furnace in Sci - tech Chemicals Co. of Shanxi Aluminium Plant for pseudoboehmite drying process, during which the rotary ebullition drying furnace with gas burning as heat source was used to replace forced ebullition drying furnace with electricitiy and steam as heat source. Through detailed analysis of investment, energy consumption, capacity, cost, and efficiency, conclusions have been drown that heat air by burning gas can replace heat air by steam and electricity - heating to dry pseudoboehmite, which can save investment, reduce energy consumption, increase capacity, decrease cost, and open a new effective path for pseudoboehmite drying,which is suitable to dry gel hydrate filtering cake and slurry,and has very high spreading value for drying gel materials in metallurgical, chemical, and environment protection industries.
