(S)-(+)-3-羟基四氢呋喃的合成工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 以L-苹果酸为原料,通过酯化、还原、分子内脱水成环等一系列反应合成了药物中间体(S)-(+)-3-羟基四氢呋喃,总收率43.2%,99.0%e.e.,其结构经1H NMR表征。 (S)-(+)-3-hydroxytetrahydrofuran in overall yield of 43.2% with 99.0% e. e. was synthesized from L-malic acid by esterification, reduction, cyclization through intramolecular dehydration. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR.
