摘要
由浓盐酸和二甲胺水溶液制备盐酸二甲胺水溶液,减压脱水后与双氰胺通过熔融法合成了盐酸二甲双胍。较适宜的反应条件为:二甲胺275mmol,n(二甲胺)∶n(双氰胺)=1.00∶1.15,于130℃~145℃反应2h,用80%乙醇重结晶,产率高达92%。
Mefformin hydrochloride was synthesized by mielting method from dimethylamine-hydrochloric acid and dicyandiamide. The appropriate reaction conditions at 130 ℃ - 145 ℃ for 2 h were as follows: dimethylamine was 13 g, m(dimethylamine) : m(dicyandiamide) = 1.00 : 1.15 ; recrystal solvent was 80% ethanol. The yield can reach 92% under the conditions.
