随着山西高中新课改的全面启动,教研员原有的业务优势也因此弱化。在新形势下,教研员只有与时俱进,及时学习,认真充电,真正领悟新课程的实质,才能重新确立自己的业务地位。
With the full-scale launching of new curriculum reform in Shanxi senior high schools, pedagogic researchers' professional advantages have been undercut. In the new situation, pedagogi their professtional status only by keeping pace with the times and fully understanding the c researchers can reestablish essence of new curriculum.
