摘要
在诸多有助于促进教师适宜的个人教育观念形成的途径中,教师的反思性实践、有效的教育理论的"教"与"学"、教育理念的"制度化"是三种非常重要的途径。它们在教师适宜的个人教育观念的形成过程中分别发挥着独特的作用。因此,应该从不同的方面、通过多种方式来促成这三者作用的实现。
There are many approaches to promoting the formation of appropriate personal educational beliefs of teachers. Three effective important methods are: reflective teaching practice, available teaching and learning on educational theories and systematicism of educational thoughts. They play unique and important roles respectively in the process of the formation of teachers'appropriate personal beliefs . Therefore, we should help the playing of the above three through various ways from different aspects.
