摘要
师生关系是教育领域一个重要而敏感的话题。我国师生关系的历史决定了长期以来相互对立的师生关系,即教师的权威性与学生的受压迫性,这种师生关系的哲学基础是主体与客体的二元对立。后现代主义中的主体间性理论进入教育领域形成了后现代视野下的主体间性教育观,它为对话式师生关系的出现提供了理论依据。这种对话以平等为前提,以理解为基础,以合作为途径,以情感为动力。当前教育改革的任务之一就是如何实现师生关系由对立向对话的转变。
The relationship between teacher and student is an important and sensitive topic in the field of education. The present relationship between teacher and student with conflict is decided by its history. This kind of relationship shows the teacher's authority and the pressure of student which are based on dualism. The postmodern intersubjectivity leads to the intersubjectivity of education from the postmodern perspective. It supports the dialogue between teacher and student and is based on understanding, the precondition of equality, the route of cooperation and the emotional power. One task of the present educational reform is how to achieve the change from conflict to dialogue of the relationship between teacher and student.
