摘要
目的观察骨痛宁搽剂对去势大鼠骨质疏松所致的骨组织病理学与骨形态计量学改变的影响。方法通过切除大白鼠卵巢建立大鼠雌激素缺乏OP模型,分别给予骨痛宁搽剂(TN组)、骨质增生一贴灵(T组)及骨友灵搽剂(Y)于大鼠大腿外用,并与正常大鼠(N组)、假手术(S组)及模型(OP组)对照,苏木精-伊红染色,分别观察骨组织病理形态改变,测量骨小梁体积、骨小梁周长、破骨细胞指数、成骨细胞指数。结果T、Y及OP组均有骨小梁破坏等OP改变,而TN改变较T、Y及OP组轻微;骨计量学测定发现,TN、T、Y及OP组大白鼠切除卵巢后小梁体积百分比降低;T、Y及OP组骨小梁周长低于S、N及TN组;T、Y及OP组成骨细胞指数及破骨细胞指数升高。结论骨痛宁搽剂对去势大鼠骨质疏松所致的骨组织病理学与骨形态计量学改变具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of GuTongNingCaiji on the histology of the femur with osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat. Methods An osteoporosis model was established by ovariectomized. The rats were dived into TN group (treated with GuTongNingCaiJi in the ,,high), T group( treated with GuZhiZengShengYiTieLing ), Y group(treated with GuYouLing CaiJi in the thigh J, T group( treated with GuZhiZengShengYiTieLing), Y group( treated with GuYouLingCaJi ), N group ( normal control ), S group ( sham operation), OP group ( osteoporosis group), microstructure histolgy was measured after 6 weeks treatment. Results TN, T, Y and OP group all had bone trabecula destruction which seen in osteoporosis, but the change was less significant in TN group. Bone trabecula volum of TN, T, Y and OP group were lower than S and N group. Bone trabecala perimeter, osteoblast index and osteoclast index of T, Y and OP group were higher than S, N and TN group. Conclusion gutongningcaiJi can inhibit the microstructure changes of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat.
