丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对不稳定心绞痛患者血液流变学影响及疗效分析

The influence and curative effect analysis of tashione ⅡA injection liquid to the blood flow and change knowledge of unstable angina suffers

目的比较丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与复方丹参注射液对不稳定心绞痛(uA)患者血液流变学的影响以及疗效分析。方法回顾分析我院80例不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液40mg,对照组给予丹参滴注液250ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,连续14d。检测治疗前及治疗14d后血液流变学指标。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后血液流学变学指标变化明显,(P<0.5)。结论丹参酮ⅡA注射液能提高疗效,有效改善不稳定心绞痛患者血液流变性。

Objective Compare the influence and curative effect analysis of tansbinone Ⅱ A to the blood flow and change knowledge of unstable angina suffers. Methods Review and analyze the 80 unstable angina suffers who are divided into curing team with 40 stiflers and comparison team with 40 suffers. The curing team were given tanshinone Ⅱ A injection liquid 40mg, and the comparison team were given tanshen injection liquid 250ml, vein droop injection liquid, qd, and continuous 14d. Check the blood flow and change index after 14d injection. Results The curative effect of curing team is better than the comparison team;the change of blood flow and change index is obvious after curing for the curing team（ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion tanshinone Ⅱ A injection liquid can improve curative effect, and improve the blood flow and change quality of unstable angina suffers effectively.
